Cancellations by Services
Each of our photography packages includes a specific cancellation window, which is clearly stated at the time of booking. Please refer to your booking confirmation or package details for the exact number of days or weeks prior you have to cancel.
If you cancel within the allowed time frame for your specific package, you are eligible for a full refund—no questions asked. Cancellations made outside of that time frame may be subject to a partial refund or may be non-refundable, depending on the circumstances.
General Right to Cancel Orders
(for physical products, if applicable)
The cancellation policy for items sent for printing allows for a full refund available before printing, a 80% refund after proof approval, and no refund after the print run begins. This includes specialized albums, prints, etc.)
To cancel, simply email us at Trilitephotography@att.net with your order info and a clear request to cancel.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned items, using your original payment method. No extra fees apply.
